Roller conveyors

The motorized roller conveyor is suitable for the transport and handling of loads, by means of a series of rollers, supported by a structure, with chain drive transmission.

It consists mainly of:

– Metal structure: for supporting the various components with perforated feet for anchoring to the floor,
– Rollers whose number depends on the length of the roller conveyor.
– Chain: transmission element, consisting of links joined with pins.
– Tensioner: manual device for coarse adjustment of the chain pull.
– Metal cover (casing): to protect the control by means of chains.
– Command: motion transmission unit, normally consisting of a gearmotor, sometimes also with speed variator.

– Construction also planned for ATEX areas.

Open mouth bagging machines

This machine allows the filling of pre-formed bags automatically picked up from a warehouse.
The machine equipped with a suitable dosing system becomes particularly suitable for packaging highly aerated, poisonous, micronized, polluting, hygroscopic powders and fragile granules.
