Being able to transport and dose the product coming from a centrifuge (batch) to a subsequent dryer is almost always problematic; in fact often the product, besides being humid, also presents itself with considerable quantities of lumps that are difficult to be crushed by traditional lump breakers.

This machine is practically a feeder consisting of a perforated and rotating tubular case, inside which two augers rotate in the opposite direction.

The product is then pushed forward (and simultaneously crushed) by the cross action of the two augers.
The part of the product with a particle size lower than the passage opening of the rotating case is expelled from the system and normally falls on the underlying belt that feeds the dryer.
The part of the product which does not reach the dimensions of the hole in the box is pushed towards the bottom of the machine; here a slow lump-breaking system allows to reduce the size of any agglomerates still present: the part of acceptable size is recycled on one of the augers, the “crusts” are finally channeled along a dedicated drain and separated from the product.

The whole system can be kept under a light flow of compressed gas in order to significantly facilitate cleaning of the tubular case.

The vertical mixer, also available in the homogenizer version, has been designed to obtain a perfect and rapid mixing even of products with different grain sizes and in any case considered difficult.

A rotating reel with double opposed concentric spiral creates a swirling cross flow of the product being mixed.

To facilitate the unloading of the product, a rotating extractor is installed on the bottom of the tank.

Main characteristics:

  • shaft end supports with adjustable bearings;
  • shaft end seals made with particular attention to avoiding dust leaks with consequent contamination of the external environment;
  • sealing chambers in two versions: with grease filling or with gas pressurization;
  • particularly sturdy and reliable construction, in compliance with accident prevention regulations;

The centrifugal sieve is the most suitable equipment when it is necessary to eliminate lumps, foreign bodies, coarse and non-tolerated grain sizes in product flows sent for packaging or processing.

Its high reliability, low maintenance cost, noiselessness, quick replacement of the grid, high care of the dust seals make it a machine that is widely used in industrial plant engineering.

It can have a dual function: breaking the clods of product, or keeping difficult products handled to increase their smoothness.

The horizontal mixer, also available in the homogenizer version, has been designed to obtain perfect and rapid mixing even of products with different grain sizes and in any case considered difficult.

It is applied on the bottom of tanks and hoppers to eliminate the formation of “bridges” in the unloading phase of products having difficulty in free flowing.

Thanks to its reduced overall height, it can be the ideal solution if an extraction system from tanks with very limited available spaces is required.

The particularly sturdy construction favors high reliability even for heavy use.

Available in different diameters, it can be installed in tanks with capacity up to 20 cubic meters.

It is applied on the bottom of silos and tanks, allowing the complete and regular discharge of hard free flowing powders.

It is suitable for silos up to 500 cubic meters in capacity.

Main characteristics:

construction shape particularly studied to avoid the formation of bridges, uncontrolled discharge flows and separations between the possible different grain sizes of the ensiled product;
sizing related to both the diameter and height of the silo;
possibility of varying the intensity of the vibrations for a perfect adaptation to the smoothness and density of the ensiled product, obtaining a ventilation of the discharge flow rate.
