The deaereation, allows the elimination of air incorporated in the dust and then realization packs (equal volume) heavier.
The operating principle is based on the continuous removal of air existing between the product particles under normal conditions by creating vacuum inside the machine.
The reduction of volume can range between a minimum of 20% and a maximum of 200% depending on the type of product th.

Which is the result of thorough research work and it is now produced successfully in large quantities, is particularly important in modern dosing, conveying and packaging systems of powders, both organic and inorganic.
This forced removal of air drastically cuts down the product specific volume and so increase the mass flowrate of the product in the conveying system.

The product, in the path it takes from the loading mouth to the unloading mouth, is deprived of the air it contains, thus decreasing the volume.
