The different versions of the rotary discharge valve series “VRS” can be used as a simple volumetric metering unit or as a sealing unit to transfer pulverized or granulated product in areas with different pressures.
It can also be used to feed directly suction or compression pneumatic conveyors.

Main features:
• accurate mechanical machining for assembly in places where the pressure    values before and after the valve may be quite different;
• particularly sturdy and reliable, in compliance with safety regulations;
• several construction materials: cast iron with or without hard chromium plating, stainlees steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
• construction planned for ATEX zone.

Special versions:
• rotor with chamfered blades;
• rotor with replaceable blades of different materials which are suitable for the product to be conveyed;
• for high temperatures;
• for rapid disassembly of the rotor.
