Equipped with charging hopper, with or without inner agitator, and appropriately chosen on the ground of the product features among:
• Single screw: for powders or granules having easy and medium flowing;
• Twin screw: for sticky, greasy hygroscopic powders;
• Vibratory feeder: for granules pellets having lowing viscosity not sticky
These systems are suitable for relatively precise, simple and economical volumetric feeding for little and medium capacities.
The same feeders, applied on electronic scales, change into loss-in-weight feeding devices with high accurancy and repeatability suitable for batch processing.
Furthermore, with the addition of specific hardware and software, it is possible to get, with the same feeders, continuos precise loss-in-weight dosing devices that are optimal for the direct feeding of the continuous processing machine even with many feeders at the same time.
In the most well-developed applications it is possible to adjust, in real time, the continuous feeder capacities, according to the actual consumption, in that moment, of the processing machine.
