The vibrating extractor series “EV” mounted on the bottom of silos or tanks solves in a simple and rational way most of the problems when unloading not easy-flowing product stored there.

Main features:
• specially designed shape to prevent bridging, uncontrolled discharge flows and separation of the different grain size possibly present in the stored product;
• dimensions according to silo diameter and heigt;
• possibility of changing vibration intensity in order to adapt it to the product flowability and bulk density, thus obtaining a change in the discharge rate.
• flanging of the intake hopper for easy installation also on existing silos;
• low operation and maintenance costs.

Under construction:
• carbon steel;
• stainless stell AISI 304 or AISI 316 for parts in contact with the product
• UPON REQUEST the carbon steel version can be painted with polyurethane cycle or epoxy painted for foodstuffs on the inner parts.
